  We went shopping for shoes. Staff was very rude and mean. We were looking at shoes, by a room, and a lady yelled at us "GET OUT OF MY STOCK ROOMMM!" We weren't even in her stock room. In fact it was the stores stock room not just her. Later after that, It was a super hot day. We were so tired, so we sat down in a BENCH its called A BENCH! Then a jcpenny employee, comes and yells at us because we were sitting on A BENCH!!!! BENCH!!!! its called a BENCH for sitting down! After that she put a pile of clothes on the bench, so we could not sit down on it.I honestly like JCPENNY. But next time we go i do hope there staff is VERY better.
