  After looking at reviews I decided to take my 10 month old goldendoodle here for her first grooming appointment. I was very nervous about it since my pup is very shy and timid. I exchanged a few emails before deciding to take her there and ended up setting up an appointment for Saturday at 8am. When I first arrived I was already a little disappointed to see that there were like 8 dogs already there waiting to get checked in. Then when I checked in they didn't even have my appointment listed! But they still took her but I was not happy that they didn't provide me wth any information about the process or ask me anything about her. Anyways so when it's time to pick her up I'm thinking maybe that's when they'll tell me more, but nope, I just paid and they brought her to me. She did look good (she had to be shaved due to matting) and I'm sure they took good care of her, I just wanted a lot more info than I got on how she did since I care so much more about it being a good experience than I do about how she looks. Then a few days later I noticed the bottom of her ears were scabbed! I understand accidents happen, but I should've been notified that it happened and probably given information on how to keep it clean so it wouldn't get infected. I will not be taking my sweet, shy dog back here.
