  I have been using this store for years. And what I think has gone on is that for yrs prior to the last 3-4 before this company placed a full-time manager people have been used to get what they want especially when it is not warranted. Those people are there to do a job and customers at times fail to see that those employees are people first and they talk to the staff and say whatever they want and think it's ok and think they are correct. The customer maybe be always right but not in every situation. Cursing someone talking down to them because you can't get your way isn't right and doesn't make them want to use discretions. Notice to customers thinking of using this Place they do a really good job and take care of you I'm a regular customer and I refer them all the time.. Give them a chance free of ridicule we have to realize that most times people only post complaints when they don't get what they want but when those situations come about where people are taken care of well outside of where they should have nobody ever post those things we only complain when we're mad which is unfair.
