  I took my regulator in to have a leaking hose replaced (they had serviced it 6 months ago and it leaked after eight dives). I just picked it up and found they had not only replaced the hose, but also serviced both regulators again. So instead of $40, I have to pay $200. Beyond the lack of communication, I am wondering why they replaced stuff in my regulator that they had serviced six months earlier. Perhaps something had gone wrong with my regulator in six months and eight dives, or perhaps they did not service properly, who knows? But I will not gamble on them again.
  My advice to anyone who does, is to carefully review the work to be done and get an estimate up front. Hopefully I just have bad luck with them and its not a reflection of their normal business practice.
