  Crappy installation crappy service . Installed my door forgot to put in a bolt before putting on the roller plate so just screwed in sideways as "good enough" and "that should hold" mentality. Also couldn't adjust the springs correctly and said that's the best anyone can do. Called the manufacture authorized installer who had to completely disassemble the springs to have them retract the door properly. So if you want subpar work call them they will come do crappy work 24/7
