  One star is the lowest available, although negative stars would be more accurate. For over 16 years we put up with this company in our neighborhood and the most effective thing the ever did was put up a few pet waste stations around the neighborhood. It didn't take long for even THAT to turn in to a negative, because none of them were hardly ever emptied on a regular basis so the smell was horrendous. The amount of money they charge for a subdivision with 0 amenities is outrageous. And like what others have said, they are real slow to respond to any type of correspondence, the bills are NEVER late to arrive! Very biased HOA as well. Neighbors parking cars in their front yard, blocking other peoples driveways and mail boxes, parking in the street or on the sidewalk. No matter how many pictures were taken and sent to them for proof, nothing ever changed. But they were real quick to send me notifications of where my trash cans were located, or my vehicle parked in the street with a flat tire(slashed by some a..hole in the subdivision), or my bushes needing to be trimmed.
  
  Do yourself a favor if you are reading this review and looking for a home. Find out who is the HOA in the neighborhood and if it is Associa HRW, Inc...RUN, dont walk, as far a way as you can! There is no home worth dealing with these people
