    Unfortunately, I had called this branch right before they closed at 5pm. Karen was very helpful in trying to figure out my situation and although she didn't have all the answers I was looking for, she directed me to Nicole who was also very helpful. Nicole and Karen were able to answer all my questions and did so in a kind fashion. Thank you for your customer service, and sorry I called 15 minutes before you closed.
