  Stay away. They're not interested in taking the time to work with individual home owners. Their primary focus seems to be large scale home builders. We spend 16K with BMC and walked away deeply frustrated and unhappy. It was a painful experience. I don't have another vendor to recommend, but definitely don't go here.
