  I recently had an accident where I was hit from behind and had to get my car repaired at Caliber Collision in Raleigh, downtown. The employees at Caliber were very professional and very nice to me. This was my first experience with having an accident and getting my car repaired. The folks at Caliber explained everything to me and when I left my car, they had a rental there for me. Veronica was super helpful and was there to help when I called her. She answered all my questions and explained everything that had to be done to my car. When I went to pick my car up, Veronica was there to help me with the paperwork and showed me what repairs were done. If I ever need them again, I will definitely go to Caliber. Their customer service is outstanding and Veronica was amazing. Thank you all so much. I am so happy with the repairs done on my car and with all the employees.
