  Best customer service in the world!
  Recently the kettle broke at this location which affected the bagels but they must have fixed it. The interim puffy bagels were not up to par with the quality they typically possess. I bought some puffy bagels and returned them - the employees there were more than courteous and swapped them out with the more traditional, less yeasty bagels I prefer. Now, the awesome bagels are back! Went by today and ordered bagels and even though they treated me very well back during the interim puffy bagel timeframe, they remembered me and threw in some free bagels today! I was pleasantly surprised and very appreciative of this kind gesture. Top notch customer service! I don't know why anyone would go to Starbucks when the coffee, food, and customer service is so much better here! Thanks again guys!
