  I had a wonderful 5-star experience with Ron and his son at Comfort Creators.
  
  I had a service technician from 72 degrees go out and they informed me that I would have to do a complete overhaul of the unit and a better decision would be to replace the unit.
  
  I contacted Comfort Creators to give me an competitive estimate to replace the unit. Ron came back to me and said the unit is a 2004 and all that had to be done is service the unit. They removed 2lbs of Freon and completely cleaned the condenser coils. $190 later, I had a 17 degree temperature drop. The unit is now running better than ever.
