  I started at Sua Sponte about two years ago with no experience with CrossFit, weightlifting or fitness in general. The coaches are amazing and take the time to help every member, whether a novice or seasoned athlete. The community is extremely friendly and welcoming. I look forward to my workout every day and am amazed at how much I enjoy working out - something I never would have said two years ago!

  I decided to informally stop by at Sua Sponte after trying a few places around Raleigh. After the first class, I knew it was the right place for me. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. The trainers are awesome; they really pay attention to your technique and form to make sure there are no injuries. So glad I joined! I feel great physically and mentally. If you want to do Crossfit, Sua Sponte is the place you need to be!
