  I purchased a 2011 BMW X5 from Imports City in February 2018 and highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a vehicle in the Raleigh Area. There were three things that stood out from the dealer that are worth highlighting to future customers: high service quality, honesty, and reliability.
  
  First, Ray, one of the sales guys, is a no pressure customer oriented salesman. During my visit, Ray had the car ready for my test drive and provided me with all of the vehicle documentation; since I wanted the car but did not have the cash ready at that moment, he held the car for me for 72 hours and kept his word. Once I returned, the car was in an immaculate condition and ready for me to drive it home. Other dealers I visited wanted me to run to the bank right away or they would sell the car immediately - Imports City is definitely a hidden jewel in Capital Blvd.
  
  Second, the vehicles in this lot are previously serviced before being put up for sale. The dealer has its own service shop a few blocks away that ensures that all cars are ready to run before being purchased; even if you buy the car As-Is and have a mechanical mishap, Imports City will allow you to service the car with them at a fraction of a cost. I alerted them of a startup issue with my car a few days after purchasing the vehicle and they went all the way to get my truck in top notch condition again. They are not the type of dealer that sells you a car and then runs away if something goes wrong a few days after selling it.
  
  Third, and most importantly, the after purchase attention provided has been top notch. Most dealers would close a deal and forget about the customer, but Imports City ensures that their customers are cared-for post purchase. They were even willing to send my new tags and registration through overnight mail when a last minute, out of state trip, came along. This is rare and deserves to be noted.
  
  Overall, I highly recommend Imports City of Raleigh to anyone that is looking for a great looking, well maintained car. Service, honesty, and reliability are characteristics that few dealers have and I was pleased with finding these in Imports City.
