  Horrible service. I called Jack to fix a Samsung refrigerator that was making a weird noise. He text me back saying that it could be fixed and we scheduled an appointment for May 16, 2016 at 12:00pm. He never showed up, I called him at 12:30 and asked him if he was going to show...but he seem to have forgot about it. We then rescheduled for 3pm that day.
  
  He arrived and inspected back of the fridge and said the main circuit board was broken and had to be replace. He said he will order it and schedule a return for May 20th.
  
  I texted and called him on May 19 to ensure he was coming back to fix my fridge. He text me back the same day saying that he'll schedule a return call when the part arrives.
  
  He eventually texts me back on May 23 saying the part is in shipping and he thinks it will be delivered on May 30 and will schedule a return visit to fix my fridge.
  
  May 30 comes and goes and I still didn't hear back from Jack. I text and called him today and finally he says that the part is not made any more....and that he will no longer service samsung refrigerators. He updates his website to reflect this.
  
  So I'm out the service charge, 2 weeks without a refrigerator because he lied about ordering the part.
  
  I do not recommend his service.
