  I've been training here with my wife and 2 children for about 9 months. We enjoy every minute of every class. The instructors are both friendly and helpful which is a rare combination at any business let alone at a karate school. We all look forward to every class and we've been progressing quickly. The instructors are great. My wife had to miss 6 weeks due to major surgery and one of the instructors took the time to give her private lessons to get her caught up with the rest of us. That's going above and beyond in my book.
  
  One of the things I like about the program is that it emphasizes the whole package. A portion of each class is given over to training physical fitness, karate technique and mental growth/ethics. I've seen improvements in the attitudes of our children since we started and have felt those same attitude improvements myself. If you're feeling that there's something missing in your life I'd highly recommend checking out the karate program here. You'll get in shape and feel more confidence and well being in general, at least that's been our experience.
  
  This program has strengthened us a family and I wouldn't give it up for anything. We recently upgraded to unlimited classes per week and couldn't be happier.
