  Very Misleading. I was told I would be responsible for "touch-up" painting. What they did not tell me is I would be responsible for ALL the painting on the treads. This included, removing staples, caulking, filling holes, priming and painting. I need to have a professional painter come in and finish the work. Which would have been fine, if I were told this from the beginning.
  Received a call from Mr. Lee after this post. He was very apologetic and agreed the work that was left was not, "touch-up." He offered to come out and look at my stairs but I already hired a painter to come in and complete the job. I was very appreciative of his call.
