  While in town on business I decided to sign up with a trainer as I needed a jump start as I was stale with my current workout program. I was fortunate enough to meet Trainer Nate Grover - what a Home Run I hit. As I end my second week of working out with Nate I have already lost 4lbs and over 2% of Body Fat. Nate set me up with a Nutrition Plan I could easy follow ( living out of a hotel ) and an entire new Work Out Program designed to help me reach my goals.
  
  Nate follows-up after each workout and updates the charts he created. His knowledge is impressive and the education I have received in such a short amount of time is priceless. Nate motivates me to step out of my Comfort Zone and pushes me pasts limits I did not think I would be to reach.
  
  Not only is Nate an AWESOME Trainer is also a super nice guy. Lifetime Fitness is very lucky to have Nate as part of their team.
