  We have been living here for 3 months. Honestly, I could never imagine another place to live. The staff is so helpful and kind. When I arrived I felt like this was home. I have read a few of the other reviews and yes when some things as lighting could be better. You also have to look at who follows the rules. You are suppose to take your trash can inside after trash valet. But you have to accept that not everyone will follow the rules. Overall the place is modern and beautiful. The walls are not paper thin it's a apartment complex you will hear some things not all. You have to expect it. But if you can look past the little stuff and enjoy the big things. This is the place for you. I can not imagine another place to live. But I won't be leaving anytime soon and I will tell anyone what a wonder place this is. Amy and her team do a wonderful job.

  If I had a chance to rate this community lower than a one star I could have. I sold my house and moved in to this joke of a no privacy hell hole that has a staff screened to match. My apartment "poured of rain" every time it rained and was never fixed until I was ready to get the hell out. Mail? I'm still searching for packages lost with an inept US Mail service that serves the area. Walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbor's quarrel or when they get a slum dunk. Loud pick-up trucks (seems like everyone has one), will wake you up when you need your sleep the most. My neighbor downstairs would have wanton parties and her guests would piss off the balcony. Why?? The no smoking facade just creates vigilante pervs who video tape you on your balcony to satisfy their crave. If you have any sense, stay away from this hell hole. If you like drama in your life, go for it!!
