  Brought vehicle in for inspection, oil change and low beam bulbs replaced on both headlights. The service was fast although I thought the cost to replace 2 low beam headlights ($175) was very high. I went ahead and paid to have the basic headlight bulbs replaced since one had burned out; I was told when one burns out the other will burn out soon after, plus I wanted my low beams to have the exact same bulb. Im always happy with the service I receive but I am still questioning why the cost of replacing 2 low beam headlight bulbs was so expensive. I still have my detailed receipt if a manager would like to contact me and explain this charge, otherwise, I will make an inquiry. I appreciate the professionalism I continually receive at this location & that they are always able to fix any problem with my vehicle. The price & instillation of 2 basic low beam bulbs still bothers me & I requested that old parts be given back; I did not receive the old parts & when I called within a few hours of leaving the shop they were unable to locate the old parts; I was bothered by this because I checked on the document that I wanted old parts kept before they serviced my vehicle & they did not honor this. I should have asked as I paid for the services but I was side-tracked by the $175 charge for replacing 2 basic low beam headlights & It slipped my mind to make sure the old parts I requested were indeed inside my vehicle.

  Amazing service! The guy who fixed the car knows so much about vehicles. They do not try to tack on stuff that is not needed. Quickly repaired multiple items in less than 24 hours and tried to get me the best costs. Great service and prices. I'm glad we found a place we can trust!!
