  Merchant has always treated me right. It is twice now that they fixed something that is pretty MAJOR but considered it a quick fix both times, and charged appropriately. I normally don't like these tire places, but the first time I got there, I think it was maybe Randy or Raymond? started with a R and was a white fellow; fix my alternator on my truck and didn't even charge me.... OWNED HIM BIG and he doesn't even know who I am... but his kindness brought me back to the shop for other things such as alignments. The second they helped me it was Andre, and he fixed something REALLY major and only charged me the quick fix.... very fair shop surprisingly. I normally don't have a preferred shop but these are guys are it if you are in the Raleigh area.
