  Got bagels here this morning around 10am on a Sunday. They seemed like they were day old. Very hard to chew. They were definitely chewy and baked properly. Had a good taste perhaps not proofed completely. I'll give them another chance. Have enjoyed the location on falls of neuse and rogers road. At this point I was disappointed.
