  Spent over $1200 on outdoor furniture. Had to have in store delivery for one piece and we took the rest home. Go pick up said piece a week later---wrong color. Call the store for some type of "resolution". Stil have to wait another 1 1/2 weeks for the correct piece. Wanted to have them come here and switch out. Or rush order for this Tuesday when we pick up the cushions. Stacey, the store manager, said she could do neither??? $169 to have home delivery. She said she was unable to waive the fee.
  Don't want a discount just want some help because I'm being inconvenienced because you gave us the wrong furniture and I now have to make an extra trip to you??? The kicker is I called the corporate line. Spent 35 minutes back and forth. Lady couldn't even find our order with the original order number??? POOR guest service. You just lost a customer and I will tell everyone I know. STAY AWAY FROM PIER 1!!!
