  Walked in with the intentions on having my UGG boots professional cleaned. Not only did this take almost 3 weeks but they ruined my boots! When I left the boots and requested for a re-clean or refund the man was very rude and refused to help me stating they gave me a "Customer Risk". This was my first time hearing of this. I never received no such risk in writing or verbally. I will be seeking legal representation!
