  For all you who aren't familiar with this Larry Grossman character, he is argumentative, and quick to tell you what you can do and not do when it comes to your business. Larry, is what I would call a social misfit and reclusive, but I guess that anyone who stays indoors all day and doesn't have a life would be like he is. I've been doing my taxes for over 12yrs for my business, and the things this retard told me about what I can't say and do with my customers was unprofessional, and unwanted advise. He then filed a complaint on my company through the Barter Network when I went above and beyond for his heating system and saved him money in the long run when there was not only nothing wrong with his system,(he imagined something was wrong) but he also asked me to hook back up his gas line to his fireplace. I leak searched all joint connections with a soap solution, what we use in our hvac industry but that was not good enough for Larry. Even though there was no leak, he swore he could smell that sulfur smell from natural gas. After spending over an hour and a half with this moron, I only charged him $89.00 on barter, not cash, barter. This guy is what I would call an idiot and a know it all who knows jack about hvac or you(Larry) would've fixed the problem(which was in his small brain) your damn self. Then I called him to confront him about the complaint he filed and all I got was a bunch of cuss words and more unprofessional remarks. Larry, you need to know your place. Stick to what you think you know, which doesn't seem like a whole heck of a lot, and leave the things we actually use our brains for to the people that know what we're doing. And for your information, the next time you check on someone who doesn't need a license to do service in North Carolina cause there's no law stating you have to have one for SERVICE! I'll have you know, I'm certified in black iron gasline, and flexible gas line. The only thing you have to be licensed for in this state is INSTALLATION!! SO GO RIGHT AHEAD IDIOT AND CALL THE STATE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS AND FIND OUT WHAT I ALREADY KNOW THEN COME AND KISS MY REAREND GENIUS.
