  Louella is extremely unresponsive. Found a rental listing of hers on the internet. I contacted her 4/13 to request a showing. She told me she would call me back. Never did. I contacted her again on 4/18. Said she could meet at 5:30. I went to the property and waited for 1 hour. She never showed up. Additionally would not answer her phone. In 2012, one would question how someone in real estate would not follow up with every lead they receive, but she has not. I would not recommend Louella Venable as her time is surely more important than mine.
