  We replaced all the 25 year old windows in our house with Renewal by Anderson of Central NC and were thrilled with the results! We had the company rep come to our house and he provided an excellent description of the windows, how they would be installed and the warranty of their work. These are top-of-the-line windows and will provide many years of service and savings on our heating / cooling bill. I also really like how these windows will cut down on the sun bleaching to our floors and furniture.
  The work was done in one day and I was impressed with how they immediately cleaned up all areas and keep the house so clean and dust-free throughout the day. They literally walked around with their vacuum cleaner and cleaned after each window. We were shown how to operate the windows and they patiently answered any questions we had throughout the process.
  
  I was also impressed with the company's excellent communication throughout the entire process. The worked around our schedule and were here when they said they would be starting the work. It was a joy to work with them and I know we'll enjoy these windows for many years to come.
