  Setup an appointment for a duct cleaning with sears. They came out on time, issue was they wanted to put negative air through the vents themselves. I asked about it and how it would clean debris 15-25 feet below and through up to 50 feet of vent. Their reply was "they have always done it this way". So i gave the go ahead as long as they can guarantee the job to be done right and that i will be check after them to make sure its clean. They then called their boss, said he had the equip to do it the right way (from below through the trunk) at the shop so they rescheduled.... then called back and canceled all together later that day stating they would not have the equip needed for another 4-5 weeks . Avoid these scammers...
