  Most of the AT&T stores have lousy reviews, so this one stuck out with its high rating. I drove by another location in hopes that this store really was a cut above. JACKPOT! I had a complicated situation that entailed transferring a qualified upgrade to a different line on my account. Marcela handled everything quickly and professionally, and I left about 45 minutes later with a new iPhone 7 and my old 6S reprogrammed for my son. I am thrilled to FINALLY find someone in telecom who knows how everything works and can promptly deliver the results.

  This is by far my favorite AT&T store. I pass at least 3 of them to get here but it's always more than worth it. The staff goes above and beyond to take care of me and my family, with their extensive knowledge. They've got a customer for life with me!!!!
