  The owner of this company sits behind her computer and responds to negative comments for her clients who are resort owners. Her response is ungenuine and she uses the same response for same complaint example Gran Ventana in Puerto Plats has many negative reviews about roaches in rooms Jennifer's response is it rains alot there so it is to be expected. What nonsense I was there for a week with no rain and I had roaches in my room. Basically clients are paying her for untrue rehearsed responses to complaints. Jennifer the owner of TTH marketing does not respond to her emails concerning her resort clients absolutely no professionalism from this company or the owner. Resort owners don't pay this company to represent your resorts. Have real management and staff respond to issues and address immediately for continued customer service and a flourishing business.
