  What started out as a good experience has slowly become a huge problem (Lived here since 01DEC15). Since moving in my heating and AC system (40yrs old) has broken on average around every 3 weeks. Almost once to twice every month I have gone without heat or cooling in my house (currently under a fan because I have no AC), I have asked over 13 times for this unit to be replaced so I can live comfortably with my dogs. I came home from work last Friday to my dogs sitting in 94 degree temps, they were very !uncomfortable!, It took them till Monday to fix, but it broke again on Friday, it's now Tuesday and no one has even looked at the unit!! I've had to leave my own home because of the heat and discomfort. The energy bills are around $190 a month for a 2 bedroom, and that's with me never here. The staff can be friendly and helpful, and sadly I feel it's because they have their hands tied behind their backs, but there are broken things throughout the complex. The walkway bridge to my place is dangerous because the boards aren't even nailed down, I called 3 times and they haven't been repaired. When I first moved in, I was told my apartment unit had a washer and dryer, apparently it had been stolen for over a year and no one seemed to notice. I had to request a unit be put in over 5 times before it was put in a month or so later. Again, while the staff can be friendly and respectful, nothing is being done to insure the safety of my pets while I'm at work. Even now I have a drop cord going from my kitchen to the other side of the house because the temporary AC unit blew the outlet in the living room, it's almost like a running joke and the punchline hits every friday and I'm left helpless until monday, and then its just a quick fix and wait until the next weekend.
