  As a woman who sometimes appears to be in her mid-20s and is admittedly newish to cigar smoking, I've had a lot of experiences that were less than stellar. In the couple of years I've been smoking, I've had people talk down to me, call me "little lady" and the like, and assume that I was buying for a husband or boyfriend. That was not the case here.
  
  When I walked in, the first thing that struck me was how clean and spacious the store is, then that everyone behind the counter said hello. When I mentioned that I've been smoking only a couple years and am finally building up a humidor, they handed me off to a gentleman who took his time to listen to what I do and don't like, what I've had, and make some great suggestions. He was super knowledgeable and seemed to answer questions before I could ask them.
  
  The humidor is large, well-organized and well-stocked, and pricing is reasonable. There is a large lounge with TVs and a patio for smoking and socializing. Every staff member took a moment to personally introduce themselves and shake my hand, a welcome personal touch.
  
  I felt welcome and included, the staff is knowledgeable and helpful without the talking-down that I've received at other stores, and as well-stocked and well-kept as any shop I've seen.
  
  If you smoke cigars and are in the Raleigh area, you have to make a stop here.
