  April in the Optical Department is fantastic. We got there before they were actually open, and she helped us even though we told her we were happy to wait. She also was knowledgeable about the insurance paperwork, and went so far as to provide the form and fill it out for us.
  
  We have been to other BJ's to buy glasses before, but April's customer service was so outstanding we will be back to this one in the future.
