  Although at first it seemed that we had found a good advocate for us in this terrible environment of so called health care, it became very obvious that this firm was just like many others - very unhelpful.
  
  After Ronee passed us off to Jayson, he started to realize that our situation might take up too much of his time and suggested that we had to call customer service at BCBS. For anyone that calls themselves an agent to tell someone to call Customer Service is code for "LEAVE ME ALONE. I can not make any money off of you."
  
  Do not waste your time with this agency, their 5 star rating must be from relatives and good friends. We have since found an agent who has taken the time to help and they have resolved our health care issues.

  I left an email inquiry through the website, Ronee reached out over email with a number to call, I called. She gave me detailed advice on the health insurance plans for my county. I felt like I was getting expert advice, quickly and professionally. After a quick 5 minute call I was advised to just stick with my current plan which was the cheapest.
