  I received a great deal on the dollar rental car through an online website and I ended up paying the same upon my return too without any other additional charges...The staff at the counter (especially the gentleman whose name I don't recall) was friendly , helpful and above all didn't pressurize me to purchase the rental car insurance (which happened to be way greater than my actual rental car price).
  
  Receiving and returning the car was very easy and smooth. The buses to the RDU airport terminal from the rental office also made the process even smoother....Overall a great experience for a first time user of Dollar Rent a Car!
