  Will not be returning to Wake Primary Care nor will I see this doctor again. Worst experience I have had with a doctor in my 53 years. Refused to give me a prescription for a long standing condition siting that a clinical diagnose was needed although I already had one. There was a life of medicine prior to electronic records and Baby Boomers know their medical history even it is not on a computer.
