  After SEVEN years of going to the same dentist, I am changing dentists due to the front office person. Susan is the most unpleasant "scolding" non customer service person I have ever had to deal with. I just told her that she would lose my business after seven years if she tried to charge me a broken appointment fee ( for which I called and left a message that I would not be able to make it ). She did not bulge or offer any other options. Just simply accepted that I would be moving on. Unbelievable. Loved the folks who actually did the dental work - but extremely tired of trying to get past the Troll in the front. Good grief.
