  Awful, just awful! And to make it worse I have very little choice but to shop from them for my kids school uniforms. Kids grow a lot over the summer, so we waited till the end of the summer to purchase our school uniforms. When we got to the store they didn't have anything we needed in stock, and they only had a few sizes for us to try on so we had to guess what size to order. I don't mind ordering but after a month of not hearing anything about our order even after calling numerous times I had to drive back up there (over an hour for us) justbto find out where our order is. Turns out the skirts we ordered have been discontinued. Still wondering when this store was going to actually tell us about that. So we spent several more hours trying to find another style that would fit my very tall and very skinny 12 year old. After finding both the skirts and shirts we needed (of course they are not in stock) the company had to place another order. We were assured the order would arrive the following Wednesday. That was 3 weeks ago. Still nothing, still not answering their phones. I will be calling my bank and listing that charge as fraud at this point.
