  My boyfriend and I went in because he needed to get his hair shaped up and I needed the split ends trimmed off.
  
  We walk in and we're greeted by this woman who works there. She smells strongly of cigarettes. It looked like she was about to walk out back to smoke before we walked in. She was shaking pretty bad. She entered us into the computer and immediately called my boyfriend over to get his hair done. There was another lady working too, she was just kind of walking around, a cigarette in hand. Took her about 10 minutes of pacing before she called me over to get my hair trimmed.
  
  The woman I had barely talked to me and didn't really listen to what I asked for. She cut way to much off the back and the layers weren't done correctly. My hair is thin, you can't cut straight across layers into them, and I told her this, but she did it anyways. This has to be one of the most disappointing haircuts I've ever received.
  
  Then comes the girl who cut my boyfriends hair. He said she was shaking the entire time, the fade on the sides wasn't even, they weren't even faded that well. We had to go back home where I took some trimmers to his head and fixed it up.
  
  I definitely don't plan on returning to this location to get a hair cut. Take this as a warning. Unless you're getting your head shaved, you probably want to give some other place a try.

  Ms Niece is my operator, but on occasion I've had some of the other ladies help if she is busy.
  I've always been pleased with the service itself and the results. I've been a client for several years and never had a bad cut. Before I found Fantastic Sams I was at a fancy smancy appointment only salon, they closed up and left me with no recommendation, so I figured to give these folks a try. I never looked back.
  You can pay a lot more for a cut to be sure, but why?
