  Yolanda was incredible to work with. I had an extremely important project on a tight deadline and needed presentation copies made and a CD burned. I had some trouble with my flash drive and Yolanda was very helpful in finding a solution. She was also helpful with getting the CD burned and was thorough in making sure that it work properly afterwards. I came in just before closing not realizing the store was closing soon. She stayed late to help me get everything done with no questions asked understanding I was on a deadline.
  
  Yolanda is an asset to this store and I highly recommend anyone to visit this location to work with her. She is professional and an expert in what FedEx Office has to offer to customers and goes out of her way to make sure customers are satisfied.
