  Harris teeter get to be so much better as a grocery chain, but nowadays they suck. Overall customer service declined and continuous to decline further still. Their alleged "fresh goods" are nothing of the sort. Taking something frozen from a factory then thawing it and placing it insider a fake bakery display does not count as fresh. Also, they can't figure out how to keep their shelves stocked on sale items. It's a step up from Food Lion is the best I can say about it
