  SCAM- STAY OUT OF HEDINGHAM
  The place is absolutely beautiful, BUT the office stuff is very corrupted, stay away from there. The maintenance woman Chris is a thief , liar and manipulater. We lived there for 6 years, left the place clean as much as we could, Tricia (another corrapted one in that office) told me to go and buy the most expensive paint Sherwin Williams and if I paint the place. That should bring down some charges. I spent $300 on the antique white paint just as she told me. Not to mention I quit my job 3 weeks prior to paint.
  That thief in the office, took our deposit of $1.100 and addition to that, charged us almost $700. Didn't give me a dime of credit for the painting.
  And let me tell you, I worked my butt off for a week: painted walls closets, closet doors, scrabbed and clean. Did it exactly how the office told me to do it, the place almost looked like it was ready for a new tenant.
  I was more tired cleaning, then packing...
  She said that we left garbage behind, when I asked (after many calls trying to contact her, because she was avoiding me) why is she lying, her response to me was: No body painted, and tons of garbage was left behind, that's all! Now I just need to worrie about how I'm going to pay. And she hang up on me, the next thing I know, we are in collections. We were great tenants, no problems, rent always on time... We had a great credit, but not any more:-/
  Hedingham is a SCAM!
  Stay away form that place,
  I'm almost glad we are in a different state, because thats how this corrapted Chris stays safe. But one day, she'll run across a wrong person...
