  Came to Duke for medical treatment and initially looked at short term rentals in Durham. Wasn't very impressed. Duke's "people" recommended Home Suite Home and I couldn't be happier. Margaret helped us find the right place within easy commute of Duke and at a very reasonable price as comped with others. The unit itself is great with everything I need as a bachelor during the week.
  
  As for responsiveness, Charity has been unbelieveable making sure thet anything that needed to be taken care of was. She even was kind enough to drop off a DVD player to replace one that "died". Service like that you just don't see anymore.
  
  On a 1-10 rating I have to give Home Suite Home a 12.
