  Jeff is very accessible, very patient, very friendly, and very professional. He's very thorough as well. I have felt multiple times that he really has worked hard to find me the best deal as well as to explain things to me in terms I can understand. He is able to work as an independent agent - that is someone who can find you the best deal for your needs vs being constrained by what one insurance company can offer you in terms of rates or policies. Before he was an independent agent even when he knew he couldn't offer me the best rate and I would go with another agent he was the one who helped me put several offers side by side to think thorugh my options in a detailed way. I have nothing but positive things to say about him!
