  Thoroughly disgusted with my experience right now. I've been freezing in a glacial waiting room for 2.5 hours, and am expecting to be here even longer.
  
  The wait was supposed to be 45 minutes for oil change and brake pads. I've lost an entire afternoon and cannot run any of my scheduled errands.
  
  I came here because, although it's more expensive than my normal mechanic, it's supposed to be convenient. Now it's inconvenient and expensive, and while I was waiting, the front desk person was fired and she stormed out, telling me I won't be receiving any of the promised discounts she offered.
  
  Unbelievably unprofessional. Never coming here again.
