  Further Update: 10/11/17 - Sanitation Grade 95. First Update: The owner reached out to me to provide some insight on the issues that were listed in the sanitation rating report. He explained that he has addressed these issues. I appreciate that he took the time and effort to give this insight - excellent customer service. I do look forward to seeing that they do better on their next inspections. We will continue to be regular customers becasue it appears they are working toward addressing the concerns AND their food is some of the best Italian I've ever had! - Changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars.
  Previous Review (summarized):
  The food is fabulous! Our family absolutely loves it - some of the best Italian food in NC. But I always check sanitation grade everywhere I go. I noticed my view of it was partially obstructed. I was able to see 9X.X - So I went home and looked up the grade. Many of the issues listed referenced safe food handling procedures and maintenance items. We are going to be taking a break from eating here until these issues are addressed.
