  An unpleasant experience. My wife and I visited looking for dresses for our twins for their school entrance ceremony. They close at six on Saturdays. We arrived at a quarter til, and they locked the door behind us. The store has an interesting selection, but the displays are cramped. It was hard to walk between them. After finding a dress in the desired size, we asked for a second one in the same size. The lady tending the store said she'd check. She then proceeded to put away the dresses she was carrying before looking. The answer was no, then she added that they don't carry two of any size. At that point we stopped looking. Unless you want your twins to fight over who gets which dress, you typically need two of the same size. She offered to call the supplier the next Monday to see if they had another dress in that size, but she was impolite in asking for my wife's information. It was very awkward as if she was deigning to do this for us. The lady did not call us back Monday as promised. She called Tuesday, said they didn't have a second in our size, and further added that they won't get two of any size dress for us. Then she rudely asked if she could put away the dress she was holding already.
  
  It was an overall very unpleasant customer experience. Lamb's Ear has been crossed off our shopping list. They'll have to find other customers willing to pay over $100 each for girls dresses.
