  Great apartments, and staff accept I parked in the loading area cause parking here is insanely frustrating because EVERYONE uses our buildings parking deck and the little blonde girl upfront was EXTREMELY rude with me on how she addressed the issue.
  
  We've been here 3 or 4 years and I've never had a problem, and there's always a professional/polite way to handle situations.
