  Tried Mitchell's when first moving from Va to Raleigh. HORRIBLE experience. Went in for blondish highlights and came out with dark brown hair. I was so mad and refused to pay. Never went back. I don't think the place is run well at all. Been happy w/ Cheryl Cope Salon off Falls of Neuse ever since.
