  Great sales team. Install crew was sloppy, damaged home and did not follow manufacturer instructions. Contacted Owens Corning and they said the roof would not be covered under warranty due to the installation techniques used. Crew also did not follow NC Building Code. Have been trying to resolve with MRN for months with no corrective actions on their part.
