  Where to begin, I was one of the people who was scared of crossfit for the longest time because of the bad reputation it carries. For me, I have a back injury from 2013 that I have to be careful with otherwise I flare up. However, one day I decided try crossfit, and I have not turned back since. The community at Neuse River is probably one of the best communities you will ever come across. As for the coaches, they are all knowledgeable and can answer any question you may have or give you any modifications for movements you may not be able to perform. If you are looking for a new work out routine, or just starting your fitness journey and want to be constantly challenged I highly suggest dropping in to check it out and speak with a coach or the Owner John!
